CRAU, Canon AU: N/A
Character age: 28
Canon Abilities/Powers:
As a veteran Turk, Reno's expertise ranges from reconnaissance and espionage to black ops (such as kidnappings and assassinations) and recruitment for the Shinra Company. He is a skilled hand-to-hand combatant and pilot who specializes in the use of an electro-mag rod. With lightning speed, agility and reflexes, he is also able to utilize magic from Materia to his advantage.
What is their greatest negative emotion towards an object, situation, or person in their past?:
In Remake, Reno and his partner, Rude, were ordered by their executives to destroy the supporting pillar of the Sector 7 plate in an effort to take down Avalanche, an eco-terrorist insurgent group. The mission didn't sit well with him right from the start since it effectively endangered thousands of lives in the slums. Even though he ended up carrying out the order, the immorality of the situation continued to plague him after the mission was over. He still feels a lot of guilt, anger and frustration towards the decision made.
How strongly do they feel about the negative subject matter, on the scale of one to ten?:
It's around an eight. He still went through with the order, so despite how he personally felt about the mission, it wasn't enough to stop him from disobeying his superiors. But it's definitely going to be a weight on his conscience that he won't be able to ease.
What is their greatest virtue?:
Loyalty is his greatest virtue. His dedication and allegiance to Shinra Company, especially in the case of Rufus Shinra and the rest of the Turks, is steadfast and unwavering. Even if he might question or even disagree with some of the decisions passed down to him, Reno will never betray or abandon his sense of duty or his comrade-in-arms. It's fair to say that his loyalty surpasses even his own moral code.
How aware are they of their virtue, on a scale from one to ten?:
It's a ten. He is well aware that he is loyal to Shinra Company and the Turks. It isn't even a question.
Items: Aside from the clothes on his back (which consists of his Turk uniform, goggles and a pair of gloves), Reno will have his electro-mag rod, a Lightning Materia and one of his EM Mines on him.
